SEDS UPRM URC Team

Project AV is the first team to design and soon manufacture the first autonomous vehicle ever made in the University of Puerto Rico. From EMPRESS as inspiration to now a vehicle on its own with new technologies and design. AV is composed of undergraduate students passionate about STEM, Vehicles and Space. This is the first team that will participate in the University Rover Challenge hosted by the Mars Society. This challenge is the world's premier robotics competition in which the teams have to design and manufacture an autonomous vehicle to compete in various challenges to simulate and rover operating on the red planet.
